COVID 19 and USPS
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 and USPS and social distancing practices orders may take up to 7-14 business days to process and ship.
Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted "in transit" or "delivered" we recommend contacting your local post office.
Shipping Address Issues:
Legendary 62 WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to [US ONLY].
FREE DELIVERY is available for race track pickup only.
International Shipping:
For international shipping, please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
We offer international shipping at additional cost based on country.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your country code.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rgdragracing@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will be updated as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
Delivery Failed:
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies on our behalf we will resend it. If it is because of non-deliverable we will refund you completely.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Currently we do not accept returns at this time.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rgdragracing@yahoo.com.
Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received. Please also attach pictures of the product(s) showing the issue. All wrong orders will be corrected. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
