Refunds

All items purchased are final sale. 

While we understand mistakes are made, but unfortunately all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on wrong sizes either. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is deemed defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can always contact us for any questions at rgdragracing@yahoo.com. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received. Please also attach pictures of the product(s) showing the issue. All wrong orders will be corrected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

No exchanges as all sales are final.
